How long does Shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within Singapore. Express options (1-2 business days) are available at checkout.

Where does RE2ET Skin ship to?

We currently only ship within the Singapore Market. (International shipping is coming soon, shhhh do not tell anyone!!)

Can I change my shipping order after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@re2etskin.com with your order number and updated address and we will help you to sort it out!

For purchases above SGD 50, we offer free delivery.
For purchases under SGD 50, the delivery charge is SGD 5.

How can I track my order?

Upon checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

What is your return and refund policy?

We really hope you like our products but if that is not the case, we will accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from www.resetskin.com with proof of purchase within 30 days from purchase date confirmation for a refund or an exchange. 

All packaging and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange. 

We will proceed with the exchange or refund upon receiving the product. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Please reach out to us at hello@resetskin.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping? 

Unfortunately, yes. We recommend that you use a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. In the event the return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund.
